Door cards

Playing around making some door cards at present, the original ones were simply hardboard covered in vinyl without the usual arm rest recess in each panel.

So i have started with a flat sheet of fibreglass and made a "L" shaped cut in the middle for the recess and just trying to get it all to sit level against the door frame, one problem i have come across is the interior door pull which is screwed against a thin metal bar that is only attached onto the fibreglass frame of the door and therefore a little flexible, trying to think of ways to make it more secure so that the door card does not move outwards in the middle when you pull on the interior handle to close the door.

Whilst sitting here writing this i have thought how to make a better design so may go for a MK2 version, ah well gives me something to do on my day off.
